Below is our proposal for the redesign project.

This proposal assumes that if it is granted, all parties will work together to develop a mutually agreeable construction schedule. This proposal is also based on information provided at this time. Any revisions required at a later date will be subject to price review at that time.

I have drawn up a plan for the structure of your new web site redesign so we can get started as soon as possible.
This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work intended for the web site, including objectives, procedures, identification of responsibilities, and estimated fees.

Electro Designs has already created similar web sites with the same capabilities you need. We also work with designers in the industry who understand your type of business. In addition, we have a large selection of related photography we will draw on to create your new web site, which will dramatically reduce the cost of having to license photography from other sources.

I will be your primary contact and will coordinate your entire project. This proposal is valid for 7 days from today.

We will scan in your existing material, brochures, pictures and any other collateral, complete with links to required websites you wish to have listed, and create a new navigational system & website that is clean, clear, and concise. We will create a website that quickly grabs the attention of your viewer, and to quickly communicate that there is a new look and feel to BillArnold.com.

We will maintain the web presence on a casual basis as felt necessary by the correspondent at hand, as well as offer to maintain the web presence on Electro Design’s servers to act as a host for the site.  Provide assistance related to the new presence.  And finally, to adhere to confidentiality of the business and matters therein.  Success of this project is dependent not only on the website directors, but also on the correspondents of BillArnold.com in an effort and willingness to work together.

Responsibilities of the Correspondent
 

This project involves significant involvement by you and/or your correspondents. Ultimate success is dependent on this effort.  To help achieve a smooth and successful implementation, it will be your responsibility to perform the following:

  1. Obtain information needed from previous webmasters.
  2. Compile a collection of photographs, logos, promotional information and anything demanded by the proposed parties to be placed on the web presence.
  3. Promotion of the web presence at a reasonable level to obtain customer awareness.
  4. Maintain monetary remittance in a timely manner.

Branding The above design cost are in direct reflection that Electro Designs will be allowed to control the bottom of your website for advertising our business. We offer this discount in return for you allowing us to keep a banner or text message at the bottom of the web pages indicating information about Electro Designs and our contact information for as long as the original designed website is presented on the internet.  If in the event you elect to not allow us this option, you will be charged the discounted amount that was deducted from the cost. This amount is $200.00
